Great to see these two students making progress on energy legislation! Their teacher uses the Democratic Knowledge Project’s 8th grade curriculum to provide civic education and guide their student-led civics project experience.

Starting in eighth grade, Mariah Delaney Eskel and Sofia FloresQuero Llamas went all-in on clean energy legislation. Now, the pair are going into their senior year in high school with two bills in the Senate.
