2.23. MOVE WITH MAUD: A Virtual Dedication

Peace, Family,

Six years ago today, our brother Ahmaud Arbery was senselessly murdered. He should still be here.

In his memory, we invite you to join us as we MOVE WITH MAUD, beginning today through the end of Black History Month (2.23 - 2.28).

Whether running 2.23 miles, doing 2 sets of 23 pushups, or any other form of physical exercise in his name (non-thematic is fine), we ask that you capture your dedication by photo or video, tag us (IG: ) and use the following hashtags:

Let’s get active y’all, for Maud! 🤞🏿❤️💪🏿
