This time next week we will be getting ready to start our 5 miles walk in memory of James Rosatto. I wanted to share a message from Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

“My research efforts are focused on liver cancer early detection, prevention, and surveillance. In partnership with a muti-disciplinary team, we are working on numerous studies, including the world's largest liver cancer prevention study, which aims to better understand who is at greatest risk for developing liver cancer and why. Philanthropic support enables us to follow patients longitudinally, collecting blood, stool, antigen, and biomarker samples. These patient samples provide important clues as to who is at greatest risk for developing liver cancer and the best ways to screen for it in the future. For patients and families who are waiting for the next breakthrough, we look to the partnership between medical science and philanthropy to help shape the future of care. Wow I cant believe Sunday will mark one year since the best dad in the world was taken from us. Liver Cancer sucks. Please join me us June to help fight this awful disease and honor a wonderful man. We will walk his walk on Revere Beach to raise money for early detection of Liver Cancer benefitting Dana Faber Cancer Institute. SAVE THE DATE. Good Day Everyone. It is already only 6 months away. Lots to do from now until then. I want to make sure you all have June 10 2023 9AM on your calendar for the Annual James Rosatto Walk On Water fundraiser at Revere Beach. I am working closely with Dana Faber Cancer Institute on this event. There will be bi-monthly meetings leading up to the walk. If you are interested in helping behind the scenes, we could use your help, advice and expertise. The first meeting in Wednesday Jan 18th at 5:30PM at 544 Salem St. Lynnfield. It's so hard to believe Monday marked 6 months since my dad passed. Super sad and heartbroken, I turned to this day....motivated to make next year bigger and better. June 10 2023 JR Walk on Water will be here before we know it. In that spirit, I'd like to form a committee. I'd appreciate all the help I can get. If interested, please reach out. I'd like to get an initial set up soon with ideas for improvements. Love you all for not forgetting such a great man.
