is a time to recommit ourselves to ending one of the most urgent public health crises facing families and communities across the country. Although we are seeing signs of promise and progress, gun violence remains one of the leading causes of death for children and teens in America. We are reminded all too often of both the heartbreaking scale of this issue and the extraordinary role we all have in changing its trajectory.

At The HAVI, we believe violence is not inevitable—it is preventable.

Join us on Thursday, May 21 at 12:00pm ET for the third webinar in the Stronger Together on the Frontline: Forums for the Field series — an interactive, practice-focused session featuring the HAVI’s expert training faculty members.

Together, we’ll explore four critical topics shaping the field:
-Grief and loss
-Vicarious trauma
-Vicarious grief
-Cultural and community healing and grounding

This is not a traditional panel discussion. Faculty members will actively engage with participants throughout the session, offering real-time insights and practical guidance on how these concepts intersect and show up in frontline work.

Designed with application in mind, participants will have the opportunity to join breakout discussions aligned with the topic that resonates most with them. We’ll close the session by discussing key insights to explore how these approaches come together to support healing, sustainability, and impact in practice.
