Meet our Repair the World Boston advisory council members for 2023-2024 - dynamic lay leaders who are sharing their unique talents as Repair ambassadors, strengthening and building capacity for Repair, and are experts across the fields of fundraising, communications, community engagement, service, and Jewish learning.

These local lay leaders are part of an ecosystem of over 100 advisory council members serving across Repair the World's 12 communities. We are thrilled that with this local lay leadership, we will continue to grow the impact of the national , inspiring others to live their Jewish values and bring light to our world.

We are so excited to announce our upcoming teen programming!!! We are doing monthly food justice programming, Mitzvah Meals, with Congregation Shirat Hayam and Temple Emanu-El. These upcoming events will be themed for Tu Bishvat, Adar 1, and Passover. We will be cooking for our local community facing food injustice and learning about how these holidays and months relate to that. Come cook with us and leave fed with dinner and knowledge! BOSTON! We've got nothing but the most heartfelt, tearful, sincere gratitude for all of you who came out to serve with us. Our MLK programming has grown so much this year, and when it grows that means that so many more of you have taken the time and energy to join our cause, and to make a real difference in your community. Join Repair the World Boston, JCC Greater Boston, and The Tent at the upcoming "Colorful Harmony: A Teen Martin Luther King Day of Service" on January 15, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Temple Israel of Boston. Collaborate with peers to pack art supplies for Shattuck and Youth on Fire, organizations dedicated to addressing housing and healthcare injustice. Engage in thoughtful discussions on Jewish and Black Resistance and examine the crisis of homelessness and healthcare in Boston. This event will count for community service hours. Snacks provided. The first ten individuals who not only attend themselves but also inspire three others to join us on Monday will be treated to a $10 gift card to their choice of Starbucks or Dunkin'!
