Big moment for the StreetCred team 👏

Last November, our Medical Director, Dr. Rachel Sagor, and Career Navigation Coach, Beatrice Dorzin, presented at the 2025 Fall Summit in Boston, hosted by the Hunger to Health Collaboratory.

Alongside a StreetCred family, they shared the “StreetCred Client Experience”, bringing real voices and real impact to the conversation around health equity.

Thank you to the for convening leaders across healthcare, food systems, and community organizations to advance innovative, cross-sector solutions that support whole-person and family well-being.
