Behind every number is a name, a family and a story.
More than 15,000 young people have been impacted by the DJ Henry Dream Fund since 2011.🙌🏾
That number still takes our breath away.💕
But we know our impact isn’t really measured in numbers. It’s measured in confidence gained, friendships made, passions discovered, healthier choices, stronger minds and children who knew someone believed they deserved an opportunity.

Dear Friends,
Since 2011, our family has had the honor of carrying DJ’s light forward through the work of the DJ Henry Dream Fund. What began as a way to honor DJ’s life and spirit has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined, an incredible community of people dedicated to helping children have joy, dream, play, and thrive.

Together, we have supported thousands of young people across Massachusetts, giving them access to sports, arts, and enrichment programs that build confidence, connection, and happiness. Every scholarship awarded has been a reflection of DJ’s heart, his love for his family, friends, community, his belief in teamwork, and his passion for lifting others up.

After nearly 16 years, and with deep reflection, our family has made the difficult decision to begin the Sundown Process for the DJ Henry Dream Fund in January 2027. ❤️

Fundraising has become increasingly challenging, and we feel this is the right time to thoughtfully conclude our work while honoring the impact that has been made.
Throughout this process, we will continue to operate the Foundation and award scholarships until our remaining resources have been fully distributed.

We are committed to following all applicable requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts throughout the Sundown Process, ensuring that every remaining dollar entrusted to us is used responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with our mission.

We are beyond proud of what we’ve accomplished together and forever grateful to everyone who has stood beside us, supported us, encouraged us, cried with us and laughed with us. Your love has kept DJ’s name and spirit alive in the laughter, teamwork, and dreams of thousands of children.

While the DJ Henry Dream Fund will one day complete its mission, DJ's legacy never will. His legacy lives on in every child who gained confidence, discovered a passion, joined a team, stepped onto a stage, learned a new skill, or simply had the chance to belong because someone believed in them. No closing date can ever diminish that.

Thank you for helping us honor DJ's life. Thank you for helping us make him proud. And thank you for walking beside our family every step of the way. Let's finish this journey together,
