The Massachusetts House has passed legislation that could add months of delay and new legal requirements to rental property sales. T**A sounds harmless but would fundamentally change how rental properties are bought & sold. The Senate votes next. Contact your State Senator today and urge them to oppose Section 133A.

Oppose T**A provisions in Section 133A of H.5562 by contacting your Massachusetts State Senator before the bill advances.

Rent control supporters admitted that most landlords are not imposing steep rent increases, while falsely claiming the average two- or three-family owner would be exempt. Their own contradiction exposes the problem: this ballot question actually does target many small property owners. Read more:
