JCA Move of the Week β˜˜οΈπŸ€

Today, let's practice a drill we can do all on our own. Try out each of the following shots until you make 10 on each side.

1. Alternating block flips into an inside jump shot (10 each side)
2. Flip the ball out further into a one-dribble pull-up into the middle (10 each side)
3. Flip the ball out further, cross step to the baseline into a one dribble pull up (10 each side)
