Alex is in Hopkinton! He has just started his 3rd Boston Marathon along with the other JHI runners Max, James, Hannah, and Dawei.

Recently the girls developed an infection and underwent an emergency procedure where the infected expander was removed. Please keep Mariem, Fati, and their mother in your thoughts and prayers as they recover! ❤️

Twin Update 🔊: The girls underwent surgery where they put two new expanders on the side and one expander on the forehead. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. Thank you all for your care and support so far!! ☺️

JHI is welcoming Veljko to our patient family! Originally from Serbia, Veljko just recently celebrated his 4th birthday in Chicago where he's been receiving constant care. JHI will give financial support for Veljko and his family to travel to Texas for an important gastrointestinal procedure. Twin Update 🔊: The twins are scheduled for two surgeries on November 3rd. One of the large tissue expanders will be replaced with a smaller one and their NG tube will be replaced with a G-tube that goes directly through the stomach. Please keep both girls in your prayers and thoughts!
