What a wonderful day at Westhaven! Our team and volunteers spent the day doing landscaping—pulling weeds, planting beautiful flowers, and laying fresh mulch while our Independent Living tenants watched and enjoyed the activity. Thank you to all volunteers who pulled weeds, and to Sam, Danyel, and Erica for planting the flowers. Extra thanks to the volunteers who come year‑round, without being asked, to care for our Westhaven family. Special appreciation to Harrison and Dan for the heavy lifting, Jordan for manning the grill, and Tyler and Kathy for setting up and preparing lunch.

We love making our residents happy, and hearing them say “thank you” and seeing their smiles made the day even more meaningful. It was a perfect day to be outside, and the results look fantastic!
