🚨 CONGRESS CAN FIX THIS. BUT THEY NEED TO HEAR FROM US TODAY.

The Supreme Court sided with Monsanto/Bayer, blocking a state-law claim from a man who won $1.25 million after proving in court that the company’s product caused his cancer.

But the Supreme Court doesn’t get the last word here.

Congress writes the law. And Congress can change it.

Lawmakers have already introduced legislation to restore the right of Americans to take pesticide manufacturers to court when their products cause harm.

Now we need to make sure those bills MOVE.

Email AND call your representative TODAY. Tell them to support legislation that protects Americans’ right to their day in court.

And if your representative sits on the House Agriculture Committee, your call matters even more. They will have an early opportunity to determine whether this moves forward.

Bradenton, Florida is awake! Check out these comments!!

Last year, Florida's Surgeon General called to end all vaccine mandates. Policy has yet to change, but the state is in the process of removing four vaccines for public school attendance. Meanwhile, parents are confused, vaccine hesitancy is growing and vaccine exemptions are the highest in a decade.

The PA Department of Health is proposing more than 500 pages of changes to the regulations governing disease control in the Commonwealth.

The proposal could significantly expand government authority over:

• Medical records and health surveillance

• School exclusions
• Disease-control measures

These changes raise serious concerns about parental rights, medical privacy, religious freedom and due process. These regulations are NOT final!
