September Theme Announcement 📣

Our theme for September is CURRENT. It was chosen by our CreativeMornings/Columbia chapter in Missouri, illustrated by Bethanie Irons, and is presented by Adobe.

What new ideas and fresh executions are surging inside you?

Sometimes you have to grab hold of your creativity like a live wire to spark something shockingly unexpected. ⚡🫨

This Friday, we’re gathering around the table with chef, author, and content creator Bobby Hicks for our September CreativeMornings Palm Beach talk.

Bobby is the creator behind Retro Recipes Kitchen, where his love of food and storytelling gives forgotten dishes a fresh spin for modern tastes. What started with a curiosity about classic recipes and the stories behind them has grown into a devoted following across social media, a debut cookbook, Retro Recipes: Vintage Dishes with a Modern Twist, and a turn on Season 4 of Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef.

This Friday, he’s bringing that curiosity to CreativeMornings as we dive into CURRENT, a theme that asks what happens when fresh ideas start flowing and where they might take us next. 🌊

🌴 August Recap + September Save the Date 🗓️

What can a palm tree teach you about creativity? Turns out, alot.

For our August CreativeMornings Palm Beach talk, we gathered at Soulmates’ Music in Northwood Village with Jennifer ALLY to explore NAKHLAH, the Arabic word for “palm.”

Drawing inspiration from Florida’s sabal palm, an 85-million-year-old survivor of hurricanes and fires, Jennifer explored resilience, generosity, and rooted creativity, looking at how we weather life’s storms and draw strength from the communities around us.

Thank you to Jennifer for sharing her story, insight, and humor with us, to Soulmates’ Music for welcoming our creative community, and to everyone who joined us.

Chosen by our Khobar chapter in Saudi Arabia and illustrated by Rahaf Al-Badri, this month's theme celebrates resilience, generosity, and rooted creativity.

When storms arrive, palm trees bend instead of breaking. They stay grounded through a network of roots beneath the surface, a reminder that creativity flourishes through adaptability and the communities that support us.

There won't be a CreativeMornings Palm Beach gathering in July, but we'll be back on Friday, August 7 for another morning of coffee, conversation, and community.

We're excited to welcome you back to The Hub at Space of Mind for tomorrow's talk on the global theme of CURATE.

We’re handing the stage to five members of our own community, each with five minutes to share something they’re genuinely excited about.

The Hub at Space of Mind is a a collaborative learning lab for creative and culinary arts, entrepreneurship, leadership, STEAM education, life skills, and an educational workspace for our community members and local schools.
