Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, Lowcountry Palliative Care, Rays of Hope Behavioral Health & The Maggie Clark Volunteer Programs are now services of MiraSol Health. HCL is the largest non-profit hospice organization in Beaufort and Jasper County's, South Carolina. We are the only hospice organization in our area with a Palliative Home Health Care and Kids Path License. We are available 24 hours a

day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We never send a bill to a patient nor will we ever turn a patient away for lack of insurance.

MiraSol Health is now offering a new Life After Loss closed 8-week support group in Beaufort for adults coping with the loss of a loved one. This group provides a compassionate, supportive environment where participants can connect with others, share their experiences, and learn healthy coping and healing strategies together.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the true meaning of courage, commitment, and freedom.

As we gather with family and friends this holiday weekend, may we also take a moment to reflect with gratitude for those who made these moments possible. 🇺🇸

With Memorial Day weekend among us and many people preparing to spend time out on the water (weather permitting), we’ve been reminiscing on Yacht Hop 2026 Day 2 at Palmetto Bay Marina.

From beautiful waterfront views and perfect Lowcountry weather to incredible local eats, refreshing drinks, and of course — the yachts — it was a day filled with community, connection, and celebration.

Guests spent the afternoon hopping from yacht to yacht, meeting new people, enjoying the marina atmosphere, and supporting MiraSol Health’s mission of providing compassionate care to patients and families throughout our community.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make Yacht Hop such a meaningful and memorable event. Here’s to sunshine, community, and making an impact together. 💜
