Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, Lowcountry Palliative Care, Rays of Hope Behavioral Health & The Maggie Clark Volunteer Programs are now services of MiraSol Health. HCL is the largest non-profit hospice organization in Beaufort and Jasper County's, South Carolina. We are the only hospice organization in our area with a Palliative Home Health Care and Kids Path License. We are available 24 hours a

day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We never send a bill to a patient nor will we ever turn a patient away for lack of insurance.

Reminder that we're accepting donations for our Community Yard Sale Fundraiser!

Through August 13, you can drop off gently used donation items at the MiraSol Health office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your donated items will help raise funds to support the compassionate hospice, palliative, and grief support services we provide throughout the Lowcountry.

MiraSol Health is now offering a new Life After Loss closed 8-week support group in Beaufort for adults coping with the loss of a loved one. This group provides a compassionate, supportive environment where participants can connect with others, share their experiences, and learn healthy coping and healing strategies together.

The unexpected passing of Senator Lindsey Graham has left many across South Carolina grieving. When a loss comes without warning, it often leaves behind unanswered questions, unfinished conversations, and the difficult reality that there wasn't time to prepare.

At MiraSol Health, we walk alongside individuals and families through grief every day. We know there are no perfect words for sudden loss, but we do know the importance of showing up for one another with compassion, grace, and support.

Looking back on a wonderful day at the Hilton Head Plantation Spring Crafter Show!

We are incredibly grateful to the HHP Crafters Ladies for their continued partnership and support over the years. Their dedication to this event helps make an impact on the patients and families we serve throughout the Lowcountry.

❤️🤍💙Red, white, and blue - and proud to serve our community every day.

Last week, a few members of the MiraSol Health team showed their patriotic spirit by dressing red, white, and blue as we celebrated Independence Day together.

While the holiday has passed, our commitment to caring for our neighbors across the Lowcountry continues every day of the year. We're grateful for the opportunity to serve our patients, families, and community with compassion, dignity, and excellence.
