Today is , a gentle reminder of all the beloved dogs who have crossed over. At Danny & Ron’s Rescue, every dog that passes through our doors becomes part of our family, and holding them in our hearts after they’re gone is both the hardest and most sacred part of what we do.

To everyone who has loved and lost a pet: we know how deep that loss feels. But we also know the immense joy, comfort, and unconditional love they brought into our lives while they were here.

Rogue Rescue, along with the other rescues that have depended on our food distribution place for all these years are now out of a supplier. Greater Good, who donates food at an extremely low cost to us has decided that the building that has been used close to twenty years. If not more than that does not fit their criteria anymore. This places us in an emergency situation. Our food is low and so is our money. I have 17 dogs in my care that will be in desperate need of food. If anyone knows of another few distribution place out there. Please let me know. You can always purchase food and have it shipped to us at 484 Crocker Rd, Allendale SC 29810. Or you can make a donation in PayPal or Venmo. Thank you so much. If you can't donate, please share.
We would appreciate anything from pirina, dog chow to whatever your pocketbook will allow. We have dogs with different needs, we have one with a pancreatic disorder called EPI that needs special food, most of our dogs are seniors, so
All Stages, food or senior food would be great for them. The EPI dog needs to eat lowfat, grain free food.
Anyway you can help is greatly appreciated.

Our mission is to save the lives of animals. We are a "No Kill" Rescue. Our Sanctuary is for those animals who can not be placed after their rescue.

Jackie the Eagle has passed😭😭😭😭😭😭 She was such a good mother to her babies. She and her mate Shadow were so close. It was amazing to see wild creatures in such sync with each other. Working together, joining in on the care and needs of each other and their little families they had over the years. Humans could learn a lot of they were to pay attention. God bless Shadow and all of he and Jackie's babes. Fly high Jackie. You will be missed😭😭😭😭😭

The wild fires were 100 to 150 miles from Allendale earlier this morning when I checked. I don't know if Alexa was up-to-date on that info or not. However, they are now only 50 to 70 miles from Allendale. According to alexa, if it continues to burn as it is now, the fires could reach us in a case days to a week.

I used to have the means to evacuate Rogue Rescue dogs, now I don't. I sure hope i can get help if need be. I need to start making a plan, just in case. You never know in this crazy world we are experiencing now.
