Mommy Moments looked a little different today, and it was so refreshing 💛

Today’s gathering focused on health and wellness for moms living in a fast-paced world full of quick but unhealthy options. We were blessed to hear from Dr. Emily Youngblood as she shared practical wisdom on caring for our bodies and being good stewards of the temples God has given us.

Then Amanda Byrom led us through group stretching exercises that helped release stress and tension we carry every day. We wrapped up the morning by making our own Epsom salt + essential oil bath salts — such a fun and relaxing way to end our time together!

So thankful for a space that encourages moms spiritually, mentally, and physically. ✨

This week marks the one-year anniversary of Jonathan and Abby Weldon joining our team! They are both grounded in the Word of God, and it is evident to see their desire to follow Jesus in everything they do. Their work ethic is of the utmost integrity. They are insightful and valuable teammates on our staff. We are excited to watch God continue to grow them and expand their leadership and ministry. Church family: We would love to spotlight our new Summer Intern! Joren Gann is faithfully seeking to live out his calling to be a youth pastor. Joren jumped in this school year assisting with high school and middle school small groups on Wednesday nights. This internship is a great opportunity to connect further with students as well as develop his calling as a youth pastor. He will be serving with our staff from now through August 31st.
