What an incredible weekend we had at Central School Project 2026 Bisbee Plein Air Festival and Competition! A big thank you to all the artists, the jurors, everyone in Bisbee that welcomed them and all of you who came to the awards event and wet paint sale! Each year we are thrilled by the work that is accomplished. Congratulations to every artist for creating such an incredible show.

RE/MAKE 2026 - Call for Artists

CSP's annual RE/MAKE show is calling all Bisbee area artists! This show calls for our creative community to turn to the art of assemblage. This year's theme: found object & assemblage - work made with materials not originally intended as art supplies.

Assemblage was intrinsic to Futurist, dadaist, and Surrealist art and has never ceased being a compelling form. Right now, in contemporary artmaking, many artists are choosing to create works that speak powerfully to what they are living through, using objects and consumer products that capture a moment in time or a place; they ask us to consider stories through materials that may mean nothing to some people but are key to others. The materials can indicate danger, or vulnerability or resistance and resilience. Like all art, the work adds to the historical and cultural memory bank.

RePurpose. ReDesign. ReMake. ReCycle.

How to enter:
Up to 2 pieces per artist
$5 entry fee per piece (cash or check at drop off)
Drop off & registration: Monday, Nov 16, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Opening Reception: Friday, Nov 20, 6:00 - 8:30 PM
Show runs through Dec 6
