Neptune is excited to announce the winner of the Top Outside Float for the 2026 Neptune Parade!

Unit #46 – Krewe of Party Gras Pirates!

Their float was incredibly unique, with every rider masked, and they brought some fantastic throws for the crowd!

Congratulations to the Krewe of Party Gras Pirates on a well-deserved win!

We also want to thank all of our outside floats for making this year's parade such a huge success. Every unit brought creativity, energy, and great Carnival spirit.

We can't wait to see everyone again for the 2027 Neptune Parade!

Behind the Scenes of Carnival

Before the beads fly again, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to the hardworking men and women of Biloxi Public Works.

While most of us are still sleeping, these crews are already out there—cleaning streets, prepping the parade route, and making sure downtown Biloxi is ready to shine for Mardi Gras.

Your dedication, early mornings, and tireless effort do not go unnoticed. Neptune is grateful for everything you do to help keep Carnival rolling safely and smoothly for our community.

Thank you for your service to the City of Biloxi!

Important information on the parade from the City of Biloxi

Police will begin closing intersections in the Krewe of Neptune parade route at 3:45 p.m. today. The route will be completely closed to traffic beginning at 4:30 p.m.

So arrive early, expect delays when leaving, be patient, and have fun!

NEPTUNE INVITES YOU TO BE OUR VALENTINE!

Love is in the air, and so is Carnival! The Krewe of Neptune is excited to invite everyone to spend Valentine’s Day with us along the parade route. We’re watching the weather closely, and here’s the latest Parade Day forecast to help you plan your perfect night with Neptune:

PRE-PARADE | Noon – 5:30 PM
• Pleasant daytime temperatures
• Mostly dry conditions
• A great afternoon to line up, grab dinner, and get ready for the parade

PARADE TIME | 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Cool, comfortable evening weather
• Low chances of rain
• Excellent conditions for riders and spectators

POST-PARADE | 9:30 PM – Midnight
• Cooler overnight temperatures
• Only a slight chance of scattered showers late

WEATHER NOTE:
At this time, it does not appear that the main line of weather will move through until early Sunday morning, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful Valentine’s night together for the parade.

Whether you’re coming with your sweetheart, family, or your whole krewe — Neptune invites you to be our Valentine and celebrate Carnival with us in Biloxi!
