Every one thinks I’m ok. Everyone talks about me but I’m not ok. Never will I be again. I will continue on with life until my Lord gets me but I’m not ok. I will love my other children until HE comes and then some I will smile and participate in life but know inside I am dying and I am not ok. Yes I have other children and I am fighting to live for them. But when you loose one you loose yourself. I fight everyday just to live. Have patience and love. Truly love because that love can save a life

Yesterday marked this beautiful souls 1 year Angelversary. When does this end. I fight with you Marie King.

Jason Bridges DOB 9/9/79. DOD 1/7/23. Today marks a year we have not heard his voice or laughter. We just recently acquired his autopsy report that verified that he received straight fentanyl. There is an active investigation in Rutherford County NC.

In this year alone many more people have passed with ties to the people that are responsible for his death. We will not give up. We will fight until we see justice. This is the first time we have let people know what happened to him, as we are worried about jeopardizing his case. We as a family will see this through. We are ready to get justice and will no longer sit back and be quiet. Jason deserves justice and we deserve peace of mind knowing they cannot take another loved one from anyone. The pain we have endured this year, I would not wish on anyone. We have good days and bad days, but we are learning how to live without him here physically. Until we meet again, I love you my son. Your brothers and sisters miss you terribly and so do I.
