This evening I got a message from a person asking me if I had minute to talk....

They shared with me that they would like to offer The Olmalaika Trust $10,000 USD in matching funds..... I was speechless and I pinched myself to see if was dreaming!

The realityof that "minute to talk"means if you give a donation of -
$10,000 it becomes $20,000
$5000 becomes$10,000
$1000 becomes $2000!
$100 becomes $200
and $50 becomes $100

Not a day goes by that I dont stress or worry about how we will pay for salaries, school fees, repairs, much needed lawnmowers, a new kitchen ceiling, baby formula ($18+ per can) - the list goes on and one .....

We are have an opening in our housekeeping department at the Olmaliaka Trust (Sekenani, Maasai Mara)

These are the requirements:
*Be a female (preference to mature ladies - middle age
*Be a leader - be able to oversee others where/as needed
*Be able to wash EVERYTHING by hand
*Speak English fluently
*LOVE babies and children
*Be able to clean, sweeping, mopping etc
*Carry filter water to different areas at the Trust
*Be able to be on your feet most of the day
*Be able to cook for toddlers and 25 people 8 days a month
*Have lots of patience day and night
*Be able to work together as a team

- Live-in position
- 8 days (together) off per month
