Meet the 2023 Cruise With a Mission speaker!

Dr. Vandeon Griffin was born in Greenville, MS and reared in Joliet, IL. A product of Christian Education, he earned the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Oakwood University, then Masters of Divinity & Doctorate of Ministry from Andrews University.

He served as Pastor, Youth Director, and director of Personal & Prison Ministries in the South Central Conference. He also served as President of BAYDA (Black Adventist Youth Director Association) for 7.5 years.

Currently, he serves as the Associate Youth & Young Adult Director of the North American Division. He is married his wife Kimberly, and they have one daughter Kalin, a sophomore at Oakwood University.

He has a passion to see people on fire for the Lord, doing what he has called us all to do and “be a witness unto all nations and then shall the end come Matt. 24:14.”
