Celebrating a BEF and Belton ISD Milestone! 🎓

Meet Kevin — pictured here at Temple College, where he's officially registered for his first semester of classes after earning a scholarship! Moments like this are exactly why we do what we do.
His mom shared this note with us, and it made our whole day:
"Thank you so much for helping Kevin get his scholarship! We already registered him for classes, and he is super excited. Thanks again for everything you do for Belton ISD and for not giving up on his situation."
Kevin's story is just one of so many amazing journeys happening across our district. We know there are more BEF Scholarship Winners out there hitting big milestones — acceptances, first classes registered, first day on campus, and more!

🤠 Saddle Up, BISD! 2026 Convocation Was One for the Books!

Yesterday, our BISD family gathered for the 2026 Convocation with a "Wanted: The Best in the West" theme — and wow, did our staff show up in style! 🐎

The arena was packed with denim, boots, and cowboy hats as we kicked off a brand new school year together. A huge highlight of the day was watching the Belton Education Foundation award $500 Teacher Grants to our Elementary, Middle, and High School winners — a wonderful reminder of how our community invests in the educators who invest in our kids every single day. 💛

And of course, our mascots showed up to get everyone fired up for the year ahead!

Thank you to the Belton Education Foundation, our incredible teachers and staff, and everyone who helped make this such a special start to the year. Here's to an amazing 2026-2027 school year, BISD! 🌟
