Nothing like a pie eating contest to boost spirits in morale day! These soldiers all enjoyed their day with lots of food, games, and competitions!

Yesterday was Morale Day at North Fort Hood, and GTC United had the privilege of spending the entire day with deployment soldiers, showing up to support and encourage them in a meaningful way.

On this Good Friday, it felt especially powerful to be able to pour into those who sacrifice so much. Other than the strong winds, it was an absolutely beautiful day filled with connection, gratitude, and support.

So many soldiers expressed how thankful they were for the donated items provided by our incredible local community. These donations were more than just supplies—they were reminders that people care, that people are thinking of them, and that they are not alone.

We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of today and thankful for every person who gave to help make it possible. Your generosity is making a real impact and directly blessing our soldiers at North Fort Hood. 🇺🇸

🛻 Off-road Jeep experiences — watch or sign up to ride shotgun with experienced off-road drivers (for safety — no personal driving)
🚌 Transportation REQUIRED:
All participants must either ride the provided charter bus OR choose to ride their own motorcycle alongside the group
📌 Your transportation selection (bus or motorcycle) is REQUIRED at time of reservation
🍽️ Meals provided
👕 Event t-shirts provided for veterans/active-duty participants

🇺🇸 Donation Drop-Off for North Fort Hood Soldiers — Tomorrow 🇺🇸

We will be taking another round of donations to support our soldiers at North Fort Hood tomorrow. (We will take a full picture of donations w/ shoutouts tomorrow)

These men and women are currently in a deployment transition phase—some preparing to deploy, others just returning home—and many do not yet have access to their personal belongings. Because of this, basic, everyday essentials are still a critical and ongoing need.

If you have items you’d like to contribute, we would be honored to include them in this next delivery.

📩 Please contact us directly to coordinate drop-off or pickup.
Our team is happy to come to you if needed.

🪖 Most Needed Items:
• Laundry detergent pods
• Q-tips
• Travel-size toothpaste & toothbrushes
• Travel-size shampoo & conditioner
• Travel-size deodorant
• Feminine hygiene products
• Shave gel & disposable razors
• Snacks & hydration

⚠️ Travel-size items are strongly preferred due to limited storage and deployment requirements.

Every single item makes a difference. This is about more than just supplies—it’s about ensuring our soldiers feel supported, seen, and cared for during a demanding season.
