We have UNBELIEVABLE NEWS! We JUST received news that Jr Naturalist Camp was granted another grant to support this program! We are now able to offer camp at just $20 per camper!

We are unbelievably grateful to James Investment and The Nick and Edna Weller Foundation, who both came through to complete the ask we had to offer camp to kids excited about the chance to spend mornings with us to immerse themselves in nature and the Little Miami River!

We are now able to offer the Jr Naturalist Camp at Glen Helen's "Camp Greene" facility for a minor fee that hopefully will provide access to nature education for anyone who wants to be a part of the fun! We are blown away by the generosity of our sponsors each day, allowing us to continue to provide education for all ages to help advocate for your communities, your water, and your future!

Wow, it’s been a week, and we are still collecting pictures and stories. To everyone who volunteered, organized, sponsored, donated supplies, paddled canoes, hauled trash, and spent time caring for our watershed—THANK YOU!!! Your efforts make a real and lasting impact. We are so proud of what everyone came together to do the first weekend of June!
Over two cleanup events on June 5th and June 6th, 86 volunteers came together to make a difference in our local waterways, removing 1,500 total pounds of trash from tributaries and the river. Countless impacts on our river.
For 16 years, our annual June cleanup has been powered by the determination of neighbors who want to take action to protect the river they love. Every piece of litter removed helps improve water quality, protect wildlife, and preserve the Little Miami River for future generations.
Missed the June cleanup? We have July cleanup opportunities coming up, and we'd love to have you join us. Whether you're a first-time volunteer or a longtime river defender, there's a place for you.
