Bluebird Park Treehouse Update

With America having its 250th birthday this year, you’ll notice more red, white, and blue around Bella Vista. If you visit any of our Pro Shops at one of our 5 pro shops, you can also purchase some apparel and accessories for your game that matches the 4th of July season.

Work Sessions

Work Sessions are typically held on the third Thursday of each month, with the Agenda posted on the Tuesday prior to the session.

The purpose of a Work Session is to give the Board the opportunity for in-depth discussion. During these meetings, the Board may:

Request additional details from Management

Gather input from members before taking action on issues that could significantly affect members or represent a change in amenities or past practices

An open forum is available for members to provide comments. No binding votes are taken during Work Sessions; instead, the Board reaches a consensus on the status of items under discussion. Work Sessions are open to all members.

In accordance with Policy 1.07, member comments or questions may also be emailed to the Corporate Secretary no later than 24 hours before the start of the meeting. Contact details can be found on the Committee webpage.

Members of the POA may have gotten an email regarding Activity Cards and renewals. That was supposed to go out to a small demographic of individuals. However, due to a system error, everyone in the system received this email.

June Jr. Golf Camp is underway!

Youngsters will spend four days receiving intensive golf training by our very own Bella Vista Golf Pros.

During the summer months, the committee meets at 4:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Country Club. During the winter months (November to March), the committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.

The Golf Joint Advisory Committee Meeting will hold their meetings in person and via Zoom. This meeting will also be live-streamed.

If you are not a member of the Bella Vista POA, owning property automatically makes you a member, which gives you access to discounted rates at our golf facilities and restaurants, as well as other perks around the POA. It’s also worth noting that only members and their guest can use our 7 lakes in Bella Vista, so if you are an avid angler or want to have a boat in the water, this is a great way to join the community.

And with down the road from some of these lots, it’s perfect for those out-of-towners who signed up for memberships at the park to have a footprint in Bella Vista.
