Work Sessions

Work Sessions are typically held on the third Thursday of each month, with the Agenda posted on the Tuesday prior to the session.

The purpose of a Work Session is to give the Board the opportunity for in-depth discussion. During these meetings, the Board may:

Request additional details from Management

Gather input from members before taking action on issues that could significantly affect members or represent a change in amenities or past practices

An open forum is available for members to provide comments. No binding votes are taken during Work Sessions; instead, the Board reaches a consensus on the status of items under discussion. Work Sessions are open to all members.

In accordance with Policy 1.07, member comments or questions may also be emailed to the Corporate Secretary no later than 24 hours before the start of the meeting. Contact details can be found on the Committee webpage.

Start your Halloween morning with an auction!

Saturday, October 31st, the Bella Vista POA will be holding a Surplus Auction. We will have trucks, tools, accessories, and more!

Gates open at 8am and the event starts at 10am. Located at 51 Huntley Ln in Bella Vista.

🎣Help keep our lakes healthy and get a lunch out of it. We are encouraging Largemouth Bass Harvesting from our Bella Vista POA Lakes.🚣

Members and their guests can bring their largemouth bass, under 14 inch, caught from any Bella Vista lake, to the Granton boat ramp pavilion on Loch Lomond. In exchange for your catch, we will give you some fried fish in return.

During the summer months, the committee meets at 4:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Country Club. During the winter months (November to March), the committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.

The Golf Joint Advisory Committee Meeting will hold their meetings in person and via Zoom. This meeting will also be live-streamed.
