LOOK WHAT WE DID TODAY! 🧡

1,026 SANDWICHES! 36 VOLUNTEERS! ONE AMAZING MISSION!

Today at Feed the City Bedford, we showed up, rolled up our sleeves, and put love into action!🧡

We had 36 incredible volunteers, including 5 young volunteers under the age of 18, come together to prepare 1,026 sandwiches, all donated to Mission Arlington to help feed individuals and families in need.🧡

Now THAT is what community, compassion, and giving back look like!

A HUGE thank you to every single volunteer who gave their time, energy, and helping hands today. Whether you made one sandwich or one hundred, your contribution mattered!🧡

And a special shoutout to our young volunteers! Teaching the next generation the importance of serving others is a blessing all by itself.🧡

When we come together with a purpose, amazing things happen!

WHAT TO BRING
Everyone attending (any age) should bring enough supplies for 25-30 meals at a minimum. Please bring all items below:

● Sliced bread - wheat or whole grain preferred
● Deli meat - pre-packaged turkey, chicken, or ham (no deli-counter meat)
● Sliced cheese - pre-packaged, real cheese (not processed)
● Yellow mustard - no spicy mustard or mayo
● Chips - full-size bags made with healthier oils when possible
● Tangerines - Halos or Cuties
● Sandwich bags - zip style, not fold-over

CAN'T ATTEND? YOU CAN STILL HELP!
Pack lunch sacks with a bottle of water, granola bar, 2 tangerines or 1 apple, and a tuna pouch or applesauce cup. Write a positive message on the bag and drop them off during any Feed The City event.
