MRN staff, Jay and Ian, recently hosted a leadership coaching workshop in Chilenje, Zambia to equip local church leaders.

Pastors and emerging leaders gathered around tables to discuss real ministry challenges and practice listening and asking powerful questions. A key focus of the workshop was also to develop other local leaders who can facilitate and lead similar workshops in the near future, multiplying the impact of the training.

Moments like these remind us that healthy leadership development and great partnership with local disciple makers are essential for strengthening the church and expanding the gospel!
