Our sweet boy Meatball ventured out of the foster home envirnment for a few days away, and returned to his foster fam with a bit of sass, and a few things to include in his personal ad.
For the basics: This 3 year old handsome boy enjoys kisses, b***y scritches, chew toys, car rides, and lounging in the sun. He will do just about anything you ask for a piece of cheese or a training treat - or at least try since he's learning some basic commands. He is house and crate trained.
For the things we've learned:
Meatball loves company, and doesn't do well without a friend. He works well with playful male and female pups. He's a pup's pup and needs to have a playmate in his new home to be most comfortable.
If going to a home with children, he would prefer them to be a bit older, as he can be a little skittish when things around him are new. He can also be skittish around men for the first few days until he realizes that no one is going to eat him. He is cat curious, so he may not be best for a home with furry felines.
Meatball enjoys running and playing, and the occasional game of "chase the Meatball", so a fence will be required.
Meatball is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered, and has been treated for heartworms. He is now on prevention to complete his treatment process.
