🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Congratulations to Head Coach Shawn Martsolf and the Riverside Mustang Red Team on capturing the In-House Championship! What an incredible season of hard work, dedication, teamwork, and growth. This group of players competed with heart all season long, and their championship victory is a testament to the effort they put in every practice and every game.

🏆⚾ Congratulations to our Riverside 12U All-Star Team! ⚾🏆

What a weekend for these young ballplayers! The Riverside 12U All-Stars battled their way through the competition and finished as the **Battle of the Bone Tournament Champions in Poland, Ohio**, going **undefeated** along the way! 💪🔥

This team showed incredible determination, teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience all weekend long. Every player contributed to the success, and their hard work continues to pay off.

A huge thank you to the coaches, families, and supporters who cheer these kids on every step of the way. Your dedication helps make moments like this possible.

Congratulations to our 10U team on their runner-up finish at the McKeesport K9 Classic Tournament this weekend!

Despite the rain and less-than-ideal conditions, these kids battled hard, stayed focused, and never gave up. We are so proud of their effort, teamwork, and heart all weekend long.

Congratulations to our Riverside 10U spring team on bringing home the championship at the Mother’s Day Classic 2026! Despite a rainy weekend, the kids battled through and got every game in — finishing on top and bringing home the title! 💚🖤

The Riverside Baseball Federation is proud to serve as the fiscal sponsor of Renee’s Run and the home of the Renee Giles Riverside Baseball Legacy Scholarship & Experience Fund 💚⚾🎗️

Renee Giles was much more than a volunteer — she was family to the Riverside baseball community.

For years, Renee poured her heart into Bradshaw Park and the players, families, and teams that called it home. From working countless hours behind the scenes to cheering on kids from the sidelines, organizing team events, supporting All-Star experiences, helping create unforgettable memories, and always showing up when help was needed, Renee represented everything youth sports should be about: community, love, generosity, and creating joy for others.

After Renee’s courageous battle with uterine sarcoma, our community knew we wanted to create something meaningful that would continue her impact for generations to come.

That is why Renee’s Run was created.

Held during Uterine Cancer Awareness Month each June, Renee’s Run is more than a race. It is an opportunity for our community to come together to celebrate Renee’s life, raise awareness, and continue giving back to the baseball program and players she loved so deeply.

All proceeds from Renee’s Run directly support:

⚾ The Renee Giles Riverside Baseball Legacy Scholarship
Awarded annually to a Riverside senior baseball player who demonstrates leadership, sportsmanship, character, and commitment to the Riverside baseball community.

⚾ The Renee Giles Riverside Baseball Experience Fund
Created to continue Renee’s passion for making baseball special for kids by supporting memorable experiences, team opportunities, player support initiatives, special events, travel opportunities, and improvements that benefit Riverside baseball families and players at Bradshaw Park.

This fund ensures Renee’s legacy will continue impacting players and families long into the future.

⚾️ RBF Opening Day – This Saturday, April 18th! ⚾️

Opening Day is almost here and we can’t wait to kick off the season with our Riverside baseball families!

📍 Parade & Arrival Info:

🏁Parade starts at 9:30 AM
🚫Road closes at 9:00 AM

All teams should arrive at Spotlight 88 BEFORE 9:00 AM to meet their coaches

Teams will parade from Spotlight 88 to Bradshaw Park

Opening Day ceremony will follow, along with a full day of games

👉 Please reach out to your coach with any team-specific questions.
