Emerge Event Collective A premier community of luxury and high-end wedding and event professionals throughout Colorado. What if we could make them fun, educational, and innovative?

After years in the wedding and event industry and going to all types of industry events and association meetings we decided to do something a little bit different. What if we could create a networking group that felt like family, with some of the best wedding and event pros in our industry? That is where emerge was born. How do we find ways to interact as humans? We believe that by creating ways to interact in authentic and fun ways we will truly connect on a personal level. Our next Emerge Exchange is October 20! These casual, local gatherings give wedding and event professionals a chance to talk through what’s happening in their businesses, ask questions, and share what they’ve learned.

Each conversation is guided by a host, but everyone brings something to the table. Something you’ve figured out might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. And something you’ve been struggling with might feel a little more manageable once you’ve talked it through.

That’s why we keep coming together. Getting to know each other over time gives us people to turn to, learn from, and support long after the gathering ends.

We're moving beyond networking. 🤍

For a long time, we've called our online gatherings “speed networking,” but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that word doesn't really capture what we're trying to create.

Because the best connections don't come from perfect elevator pitches or collecting contacts. They come from conversations, shared experiences, different perspectives, and genuinely getting to know the people behind the businesses.

So we're introducing

EMERGE CIRCLES
Small Groups. Big Conversations

Each month, we'll bring wedding and event professionals together in rotating small groups around a different topic. No presentations, no pressure to pitch yourself. Just an opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and build relationships that extend beyond a single conversation.

Our October 15 conversation: Collaboration or Competition?

In an industry that can sometimes feel increasingly competitive, how do we create more opportunities for one another? How do we move beyond a scarcity mindset and become people who genuinely champion each other's success?

These are the conversations we want to have.

Join us October 27 for Midnight Astral, our Halloween celebration at The Art Club at POST. Think deep blues, black, gold, and a little sparkle, with dinner and an evening made for Houston’s wedding and event community.

Go all out in costume or bring a subtle nod to the night sky. Costumes are welcome, but never required.

On October 21, we're bringing the Emerge family together in the beautiful Hudson Valley for an evening of good food, great w**e, and the kind of connection that lasts long after dinner ends.

We're gathering at the beautiful City Winery Hudson Valley, where Stacey Rogan of Rogan & Co. Events is bringing her thoughtful approach to an evening centered around great hospitality, meaningful connections, and the people who make this industry so special.

Tucked into the vibrant fall mountains of Beaver Creek, Colorado, surrounded by golden aspens and crisp mountain air, we gathered with stories still unfolding.

Somewhere between the beautifully set tables, shared meals, and conversations that lingered, we began to let each other in. We shared more than what we do. We shared what moves us, what has stretched us, and what we’re still finding our way through.

There is something tender about being surrounded by fellow storytellers. People who spend their lives noticing the meaningful moments in everyone else’s story, then make room to listen to yours.

This retreat reminded us how connection grows when we allow ourselves to be seen. When someone offers a little honesty and another person meets it with kindness. When vulnerability gives a conversation somewhere deeper to go.

We came home grateful for the beauty we experienced and even more grateful for the people we now know a little more closely.
The mountains gave us a breathtaking place to gather. We gave each other room to be human.

You can tell within the first twenty minutes of a dinner whether people are actually going to talk to each other, or just survive it politely until dessert. Our event at The White Orchid, it took about five.
By the end of the night, phone numbers were traded that had nothing to do with business cards, and plans were already forming for next time.
