June 13th, enjoy free performances by Leela James, KIRBY, Bree Terry, and The C.I.T.Y., and starting the night with DJ Donnie Houston, DJ GT Mayne, Bree Terry, and local talent from Piano Vibes! Bring the family out for a night of music, dancing, food, shopping, and a fireworks finale!

Ballet Folklórico Dance Classes are open for registration, and there are still spots available for the July session!

Students will learn strong posture, precise footwork, flowing skirt technique, and traditional zapateado rhythm while building confidence, strength, and teamwork. Optional community performances give dancers a chance to shine!

The Evening Explorers Walk returns next Saturday, June 20, at the Baytown Nature Center!

Bring the family and enjoy a relaxing evening hike as the sun begins to set. This one hour guided walk is designed for young explorers and their families, offering a chance to discover nature, spot wildlife, and enjoy the outdoors together.

Have you heard how Baytown is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary?

The Parks and Recreation team is bringing a one mile loop run to the July 4 Celebration right before the festival kicks off, at Bicentennial Park. Registration ends June 9 so sign up today!

Yes, it’s from 2 to 4 p.m. in the July heat. But that’s where the firefighters come in. We’ll have the fire truck out spraying runners along the route to help everyone cool off and have some fun.
