On The Rise Inc. is hiring for a full-time Agency Social Worker. Qualified candidate must have a Master’s Degree in a human services related field and able to obtain a criminal record clearance. Agency Social Worker’s have a caseload of up to 18 children and make contact with children and families a minimum of 3 times per month. Our licensed office is located in Barstow, Ca. however, we service clients throughout the High Desert. Our working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm, with Friday being a remote work day. Agency Social Workers provide case management services for children in foster care and provide support and resources to foster families. On The Rise offers competitive benefits including health insurance, 401k, company issued cell phone, mileage reimbursent, accrued vacation and paid holidays. Join a great team, and help us achieve our mission of ensuring children in foster care receive the best care possible!
