🤖 CELEBRATING OUR NEW DAY ROBOTICS CLUB! 🚀

As we say so long and congratulations to nine graduating members of the New Day Primary School Robotics Club, we celebrate not only their achievements in robotics but also the leadership, teamwork, creativity, and resilience they have demonstrated throughout their journey.

These outstanding students proudly represented New Day at the 2026 FIRST LEGO League Jamaica National Robotics Competition, where they embraced every challenge with determination and innovation. Their passion for STEM and commitment to excellence have left a lasting impact on our Robotics Club.

On the 29th June, 2026 Stella Maris church launched its menstrual outreach initiative Lily Cycle of Care at the New Day school . The initiative based on donations from Stella Maris parishioners is to give menstrual supplies to vulnerable girls in order to end menstrual poverty .
New Day school expressed their deep appreciation for this most generous donation .

🎓 *Congratulations Class of 2026!* 🎓
Today is Graduation Day and the Local Alumni Association is proud to announce cash awards to the following students heading to high school in September 2026:
*Ricardo Lynch* to Mona High School, *Aaliyahna Reid* to Excelsior High School, *Dujauna Cain* to Papine High School, and *Zara Baxter* to Meadowbrook High School.

Each award celebrates excellence, hard work, and resilience as our students take this next step.

We are also proud to share that the New York Alumni Chapter, via the Robotics Club, is awarding scholarships to students heading to high school as well. Recipients include:
*Monair Coley* to Ardenne High School, who also received the Top Boy Award from the New York Alumni, *Zara Baxter* to Meadowbrook High School, *Cataleya Garrel* and *Nakayla Ellis* to Tarrant High School, *Mauricecia Reid* and *Decarlo Harvey* to Papine High School, *Byjorney Lyn* to Holy Trinity High School, *Alleeka Clarke* to Pembroke Hall High School, and *Jahvon McDonald* to Excelsior High School.

The New Day School Alumni Association – New York Chapter extends heartfelt congratulations to all recipients and wishes them every success in their high school education and future careers.

Today we see two arms of one family at work. Local Alumni and NY Alumni standing together to invest in our children’s future.
