The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has officially recognized this Organization as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a 501(c)(6) organization the "ABA" will promote businesses interest and economic development in the City of Austell by providing a positive business atmosphere that offers avenues for networking, business promotions, and community involvement opportunities for its members, "ABA" representing the interests of the small business community we remain deeply committed to our mission as this milestone strengthens our ability to advocate, collaborate, and provide valuable services to our members.
