🍂 Thankful Thursday! 💚

A big THANK YOU to Tammy, Kathy and Sarah, who spent time at Sherman Lake YMCA helping clean up our grounds after Trick or Treat on the Trails! Their hard work helped keep our outdoor spaces clean and welcoming for everyone who visits.

These wonderful volunteers joined us through United Way of South Central Michigan's United Way Days: 1,000 Acts of Care, a challenge to bring people together through acts of kindness and service.

Every act of care makes a difference, and we're grateful these three chose to share theirs with Sherman Lake YMCA!

Thank you, Tammy, Kathy and Sarah, for helping care for a place where our community comes together! 💚

🎃👻 THANK YOU for making Trick or Treat on the Trails so spooktacular! 🧡

We had nearly 2,000 people join us for a night full of costumes, candy, laughter, and fall fun at Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center! 🍬🍂

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, our incredible volunteers who brought the magic to life, and our generous sponsors who helped make this event possible. From decorating candy stations to handing out treats, we couldn’t have done it without you! 🧡🕸️

🎃 Volunteer at Trick or Treat on the Trails! 👻

We’re looking for volunteers to help make this year’s event a fun and memorable night for our community—and we’d love for you to join us!

One of the easiest (and most fun!) ways to volunteer is by running a Trick or Treat station along the trail. Volunteers will hand out candy to families as they make their way through camp.

🍬 But here’s where you can get creative!
We’re encouraging volunteers to decorate and theme their Trick or Treat stations. Think silly, magical, or completely over-the-top! 👻🎃🧙‍♀️🕷️

There will be a Best Trick or Treat Station Contest, so bring your creativity and see if your station can take home the prize! 🏆

We will provide the candy—you bring the creativity! 🎃✨
