🔮🌿 EssenceEdge IS BRINGING ITS MAGIC TO THE HAUNTED TRAIL! 🎃👻

We’re excited to announce that Genevieve and Tonya with Essence Edge in Detroit Lakes are officially joining our 2026 Haunted Trail!

🌿 SPONSOR SHOUT-OUT: ESSENCE EDGE 🌿

Essence Edge is a holistic shop and community space located in downtown Detroit Lakes. They offer herbs, crystals, tarot, astrology, intuitive energy work, an infrared sauna, classes, gatherings and so much more!

Their shop is all about giving people a place to slow down, explore, connect and discover what speaks to them and something tells us they are going to fit right in at the Haunted Trail! 🔮🧙‍♀️

Genevieve and Tonya will also be participating in our Adopt-a-Scare and taking over their own section of the trail with a spooky setup of their own!

Let's give a friendly Audubon welcome to Anna Bartlett. Her and her family recently moved to the area and she is hoping to share her love of piano with our students. Please see below for a little letter from Anna!

🎹 Piano Lessons! 🎹

Hey y’all! My name is Anna Bartlett! My husband and I have a wonderful 2-year-old daughter. ❤️

I’ve had the joy of teaching piano in Detroit Lakes for over 10 years, and I’m excited to continue with students in Audubon and lakes area!

I’m currently accepting beginner piano students ages 4–16. Lessons are $30 for 30 minutes, and we are located near the elementary school in Audubon.

If you have a child who is interested in learning piano, I’d love to talk! Feel free to call or text me anytime with questions.

🎃🧙‍♀️ THE WITCH IS BACK AND SHE'S OUR FIRST HAUNTED TRAIL SPONSOR! 👻

Some of you may recognize this witch from ACN's very first Haunted Trail! She missed out last year something she greatly regretted 😂 but we're happy to announce that Danika Kay with The Cupboard is officially returning for 2026!

And this isn't just a costume for Danika. 🧙‍♀️ Those who know her know that the witchy, herbal side of things is right up her alley!

🌿 SPONSOR SHOUT-OUT: THE CUPBOARD 🌿

Danika handcrafts a variety of herbal products, including salves, syrups, sprays, tinctures and more. She puts a ton of knowledge, time and care into the products she creates, and we are so excited to have The Cupboard supporting this year's Haunted Trail!

This year, Danika is also our FIRST official Adopt-a-Scare participant! 🎃

She'll be taking over her own section of the trail and bringing the witch back with her own spooky setup. Judging by what she created the first year… we have a feeling she's going to be pretty hard to beat. 👀🔥

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Giving back to our LPA athletes! ❤️🖤

Audubon Community Network was excited to present $460 to the Lake Park-Audubon Track & Cross Country program! 🎉

We were able to present the check during the awesome Raider Meet & Greet put on by the Lake Park Betterment Association this past week such a fun event and a great way to celebrate and support our Raider students! ❤️🖤

This donation comes directly from the proceeds of the Summerfest 5K which means everyone who signed up, participated, volunteered, or helped make the 5K happen played a part in giving right back to our local kids. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to Zak & Laura Beckner for putting on the 5K and helping make it such a success! And a big thank you to Kaddie Marie , Marjorie Hughes , Mikailah Lundon , and Brittany Ringstrom for all of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making ACN Summerfest Activities and everything ACN does possible.

This is exactly why we do what we do community events that bring people together and give back to our community. 🥰

👀 Keep your eyes peeled… this is only the beginning! We have several more Summerfest donations to present, and we can't wait to share where those dollars are going! 💙

Planning has begun for the 2026 Audubon Community Network Haunted Trail, and this year we want to make it BIGGER, BETTER & SPOOKIER with help from our community!

👻 PARTICIPATE FOR FREE!
Businesses, organizations, clubs, groups, and even families can claim an assigned section of the Haunted Trail and create your own spooky scene!
Decorate it. Staff it. Dress up. Scare people. Get creative!
It’s a FREE way to participate in one of ACN’s biggest community events while showcasing your business or organization.

Don't have time to create and staff a scene? Businesses can sponsor a scene, attraction, supplies, candy, decorations, lighting, or other Haunted Trail expenses and receive recognition from ACN.

We'd LOVE to fill the trail with different businesses and organizations from throughout our area this year!
