We had another great GACCA event hosted by Holiday Inn Express West Atlantic City. Thank you to Majella Digal Buenviaje and the entire management team for welcoming our members and community partners for an evening of networking, conversation, and new connections along Lakes Bay.

One of the most rewarding aspects of events like these is gaining a deeper understanding of the unique experiences our area has to offer, which enables us to more effectively share them with guests and visitors seeking activities throughout the region.

It was also great learning more about Extreme Windsurfing, located right behind the Holiday Inn property on Lakes Bay. With shallow water, steady winds, and protected bay conditions, the area has become a major destination for experienced windsurfers, foil surfers, and paddle boarders. If someone is looking to try it out for the first time, their specialty beginner equipment even makes it possible for young children to learn, with most lessons running about two hours.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and continues to contribute to the growth of our hospitality community.

As a nonprofit organization with an active and engaged Board of Directors, we meet at least eight times each year and strongly value meeting in person whenever possible. Building relationships, collaboration, and trust among leadership is an important part of moving our mission forward.

Because of that, having welcoming spaces to gather means so much to us. A heartfelt thank you to Holiday Inn Express West Atlantic City for generously hosting our recent board meeting. We truly appreciate your hospitality, beautiful meeting space, and the kindness of your team.

Atlantic City, NJ — Byrdcage Restaurant today announced that recent speculation circulating on social media regarding the closure of the restaurant is incorrect. The restaurant is not closing and continues to operate successfully, with strong business performance and ongoing customer support.

The decision to list Byrdcage Restaurant for sale was made as part of a strategic effort to raise capital for the expansion of the Byrdcage brand. Ownership is actively seeking a qualified buyer who is interested not only in acquiring the existing location, but also in partnering on future growth opportunities.
