This designation is more than just a status—it’s a step forward in our mission to bring hope, joy, and support to children and families in our community. It allows us to expand our impact, pursue new opportunities, and ensure that donations made to our organization are tax-deductible.

This achievement would not have been possible without the encouragement, support, and belief of our volunteers, donors, partners, and community members. Thank you for standing beside us as we’ve worked to turn this dream into a reality.

🎅✨ Big News from the Dear Santa Project! ✨🎅

After two years of doing this work with nothing but heart and hustle, we are officially taking the next step — Dear Santa Project is becoming a nonprofit!

We have filed our incorporation paperwork here in Alabama, and we are currently preparing our 501(c)(3) application with the IRS. We have also welcomed an incredible board of directors who share our vision and passion for this mission.

This has been a dream in the making, and it wouldn't mean anything without the community that has supported us from day one. Becoming a nonprofit means we can grow, serve more people, and do this work the right way — for the long haul.

We can't wait to share what's coming next. Stay tuned! 🎁❤️
