COAD4Kids Leading all who care for children to adopt best practices. COAD4Kids is a service of the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD).

Helping parents choose child care and training individuals to open and operate a child care business is our work. We are a nonprofit child care resource and referral agency serving clients of all income levels. Our child care referrals are free within the 31 counties of southern and eastern Ohio which we serve. We maintain a list of nearly 2000 child care programs, including Head Start Programs, p

ublic pre-schools, child care centers, family child care homes, school age programs, and infant care programs. coad4kids is part of a statewide network of child care resource and referral agencies, so if you live outside our service area call us and we can direct you to an agency near you.
