Join us Thursday morning at the Ashland Public Library for our first Little Crafters of the school year! This month we’ll read stories about one of our favorite sweet treats and then make some upcycled doughnut art of our own. See you at 10:30!
As always, this event is free and open to kids 0-5 with a caregiver.

Come hang out with us at Ashland Day at Stone Park! We'll be here until 4 pm with a space for diaper changes, nursing, and playing.

🎉 Ashland Day 2026 is tomorrow! 🎉

Join us tomorrow, Saturday, September 19th, 10am–4pm for a full day of family fun in the heart of Ashland at Stone Park!

✨ Here's what to know before you go:

🅿️ Parking: Extra parking available at 60 Pleasant St (United Home Experts)

🚧 Road Closures: Summer St (Esty St to Starbucks) and Park Rd (Cherry to Summer) closed 9:30am–~4:30pm

🎪 Attractions: 5 inflatable rides for all ages — Bounce House, Slides, Obstacle Courses, Trackless Firetruck Rides, and a Petting Zoo!

🏪 Booths: Over 67 booths featuring Ashland High School groups, town organizations, and local businesses

🎤 Entertainment: Full day of entertainment at the Gazebo — Opening Ceremonies kick off at 10:15am!

🎟️ Tickets: $1 tickets for inflatables, trackless firetruck, and HS booth games. Or grab an all-day bracelet for $15 (covers all rides, not HS booths). Cash and credit cards accepted (via Zeffy).

Join us Thursday morning at 10:00 for our final Tot Spot at the Corner Spot of the summer! We’ll wrap up our season with Hopkinton Center for the Arts artist-instructor, Emma Pawl, in an exploration of music! Our hour together will include singing, discovering rhythmic patterns, playing instruments and having fun with musical games.

SPREAD THE WORD: there will be NO storytimes next week, 8/24 to 8/29, to allow the Children's Department staff some time to reset after a busy summer. We'll be back in action the following week!
