The Miss Randolph County and Miss Randolph County’s Outstanding Teen Scholarship Competitions are preliminary to Miss North Carolina in the Miss America system. Contestants in the event will compete in various categories of Interview, Talent, Community Service Initiative, Evening Wear, and On-Stage Conversation which will give them an opportunity to express their own interests in social, community
service or vocational matters. A scholarship will be awarded to the winner. The winner of the Miss Randolph County Scholarship Pageant will then represent Randolph County in the Miss North Carolina Pageant held in June. In addition, a Miss Randolph County Teen Pageant will be held in conjunction with the Miss Randolph County Pageant on the same night. Any young girl between the ages of 13 and 18, who lives, goes to school or works in Randolph, Guilford, Alamance, Chatham, Moore, Montgomery or Davidson County is eligible to participate in this pageant. Contestants in this event will compete in categories of Interview, Lifestyle and Fitness, Talent, Evening Wear and On-Stage Question which will give them an opportunity to express their own interests in social, community service or vocational matters. Our Randolph County Teen will travel along with our newly crowned Miss Randolph County to High Point and will begin competition for the title of North Carolina Teen. Randolph County's Little Sister Program to the Miss Randolph County Scholarship Pageant. We foster the same ideas and philosophies as the Miss America Organization. We are here to help girls achieve their dreams and potential while being a community servant and leader.
