Prime Days are here - and it's the perfect time to make your cart count for more than just savings!

The North Carolina Zoo's animal enrichment programs rely on a wishlist of supplies keepers have specifically requested - healthy treats, sensory toys, puzzles, and more. These tools keep the animals active, curious, and thriving, encouraging the same pouncing, running, jumping, and playing they'd do in the wild.

Here's how you can help:

🛒 Shop the wishlist during Prime Day deals
📦 Amazon ships your gift directly to the NC Zoo Society
🧾 Email [email protected] with your purchase for a tax-deductible receipt

Same cart. Same deals. A whole lot more impact.

It is never too early to get a jump on your holiday shopping, especially when you can find the perfect gift for the animal lover in your life! Give a present with a story this year. Our limited-edition chimpanzee holiday adoption package goes straight toward funding engaging new toys and enrichment items for our troop.

For $100, you are not just getting an adorable chimp plush and an official adoption certificate. We're also including some truly unique keepsakes. Your recipient will unwrap a photocopy of a beautiful painting created by Jonathan the chimp, an interesting fact sheet about him, and a sweet photocopy of a handprint from Gus when he was just two years old. It is hard to believe Gus is twelve now!

The bundle also features a coloring page, an exclusive photo of a younger Gus enjoying the very same enrichment items your purchase helps provide, and an optional personalized note card. It is a heartfelt way to spread early holiday cheer and support the chimpanzees we all love!

🐊 Psst... wanna adopt an alligator?

Not a pet. A partner. For just $30, you can "adopt" an American Alligator and become part of the care that keeps these ancient reptiles thriving - no pond required, no risk to your ankles.

Your adoption lasts a full year and comes with:
✅ A personalized adoption certificate (frame it, obviously)
✅ Zookeeper notes about your gator
✅ A color photo of your scaly new family member
✅ A button to show off your gator pride

Feeling extra? Higher tiers add magnets, plushies, tote bags, and even a behind-the-scenes tour for four. Yes, you can absolutely gift this to someone and become the most interesting person they know.
