"It ok to fail at things." Brooke shared her journey of stepping into an improv class for the first time. After years as a full-time mom focused on caregiving, she wanted to shake off nervous energy, reconnect with her playful side, and lean into laughter without fear of judgment.
Brooke talks about being nervous the first time and then discovering that improv isn't about "being good at it" or "being funny or quick." It's about learning to embrace mistakes, find the fun in unexpected situations, and bring more joy into everyday life.
If you've been feeling that same pull to meet great people and try something fresh and fun, come join our upcoming Beginner Improv Course.
No experience needed, no pressure to perform. Just 4 weeks of pure, infectious joy.
