WHY WE VOTE MATTERS.

Voting is more than knowing how to cast a ballot. It starts with understanding why our participation matters.

The Sigma Mu Mu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. encourages our community to stay informed, stay engaged, and make your voice heard.

But awareness alone is not enough. Now is the time for MOBILIZATION.

We encourage chapters across the country to mobilize in their communities. Engage our families, friends, neighbors, churches, civic organizations, and community partners. Encourage eligible voters to become informed, develop a voting plan, and make their voices heard at the ballot box.

Let’s turn civic awareness into civic action.

Be informed. Be engaged. Be mobilized. Be heard.

We extend our gratitude to the Loudoun County community for your support, encouragement, and participation throughout Sigma Mu Mu Chapter's 15th Anniversary celebration.

From Purple Friday and Breakfast with the Bruhz to our Chapter CookOwt, Worship Service, Community Service Project, and Chapter Toast, each event was memorable because of the people who showed up and celebrated alongside us. Thank you to our community leaders, faith organizations, sponsors, family members, and friends, who joined us in commemorating this achievement.

For 15 years, Sigma Mu Mu Chapter has remained committed to uplifting our community through service, scholarship, mentorship, and fellowship. This milestone was not simply a celebration of our chapter's history, but a celebration of the relationships and partnerships we have built throughout Loudoun County.

The Brothers of Sigma Mu Mu made their presence felt throughout Cincinnati during the 85th Grand Conclave! In addition to attending business sessions and meetings, the Brothers proudly represented the chapter across a variety of fellowship, wellness, and community events. Activities included participating in the Biking Bruhz Conclave Ride, Community 5K Walk/Run, Conclave Golf Tournament, Conclave Cookowt, and attending a Cincinnati Reds game.

It was an unforgettable week of brotherhood, service, and fellowship.
