Session 2 of our 2026 Educational Series for Wealth Professionals is coming up on June 3 at 12:00 pm.

This one is for the advisors. Lori Bales, a top-producing luxury Realtor with Keller Williams in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, is leading a session on Real Estate and Philanthropy. She will walk through how to identify charitable planning opportunities involving real estate, including pre-sale planning, structuring gifts, and when to bring in outside experts.

Lori has spent over 25 years in real estate, starting as an investor and now leading The Bales Team, where she helps clients see the full potential in every property. Her perspective on real estate as a charitable asset is one most advisors do not get exposure to in their day-to-day work.
