I know for many it’s a mixed bag of emotions for so many reasons. For those who served and suffer PTSD from the firecracker sounds, to those missing loved ones (Uncle Jim so much!), and those upset over the state of our nation and world, all of you are seen and loved! So I pray for joy for all in some way today, with peace and hope, and comfort most of all!

Such a special article about the foundation!

She’s someone who has stared directly into some of life’s ugliest moments and still decided love was worth offering anyway.

Today James Bowie High School recognized me as a “Star” for their school, and I was able to attend the volunteer lunch for AISD! It was fantastic and so much fun! Not I but Christ in me. We are so blessed as MHR to partner with Bowie to support their students and staff. I never walked the stage for high school graduation. To hear my name called associated with Bowie, felt like redemption on so many levels and made me so proud of Christ’s work in me. I just love this school! Mr. Jones knows how to lead! Romans 8:28; John 10:10!
