Our Veritas seekers and crew made it up to Lost Lake yesterday afternoon where they are now acclimating in preparation for the summit tomorrow! Please join us in praying that the Lord would use these experiences to draw them closer to Him.

Well...it's back home. Super long and frustrating story short, our trailer was found and is back home with us ready to go on the trip at the end of July. Many thanks to all those who prayed with us and helped us in its' recovery. Now we just need some support for the girls and guys going on the trips this summer. Well I hate to post this after so much good news lately; but our church has been graciously storing our trailer for some time now and Wednesday morning at 6:15 am it was stolen right out of the parking lot (hitch locked and all)! Please be praying it is found, or returned, and keep your eyes peeled on the road. Please call your local police or me at 9727540788 and report where you saw it last. Thanks VLA community. Also please share as you never know who might see it and help out.

Day 10 & 11 Positive Perspective:
I don’t have a lot of time for it right now as I have been working A LOT, but last night I took the time to watch 2 movies. Both of which spoke deeply to my soul and I think should remind us how perspectives are essential!

So I highly recommend watching both of these if you have the time:

1. Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies. So get busy living... - Shawshank Redemption

2. A new one that left me in tears and a must see!

A powerful true story that follows young lawyer Bryan Stevenson and his battle for justice as he defends a man sentenced to death despite evidence proving his innocence.
