January 2026 is around the corner, and with it, the long-awaited $200 tax stamp removal fee for suppressors. The only caveat currently being contested in court is the approval period, which I believe will be overturned eventually, but until then, you must still submit a "Form 4" to be approved for ownership, and the turnaround has greatly improved, but still can take weeks, depending on what process you use.
BUT...
We are an active FFL and can hold the suppressor for you upon purchase and allow "conjugal visits." 😁😁

Inquiries have been made on the situation in South Texas and our officers down there report the following.

Don't come! Too many people and no accomodations.
Next week when we start recovery clean up, there will be a need.

We need military trained SAR only. All others are turned away if they don't have SAR credentials.
1500 LE, TX Tsk force, guard Texas Ntl Guard, ....
And... They are mostly standing around.
Game Wardens and SAR experts are working 16 hour shifts.
