Healthy Heroes of C.R.F.N.T.

Healthy Heroes of C.R.F.N.T. Our goal is to instill values of healthy lifestyles and cancer prevention in Tarrant County communities.

We have noticed that despite the known dangers of smoking and poor diet, both continue to be major problems in our community. This increases the risk of cancer, heart disease, and other diseases. Our goal is to reverse the trends of young smokers and fast food diets, as well as other unhealthy habits such as poor sleep patterns, little to no exercise, and drug use. Many diseases can be prevented t

hrough healthy lifestyles, so Healthy Heroes works to instill healthy values in our future - our children. We will accomplish this through a fun, informational, and modern program that includes a production, breakout groups, take-home activities, and a resourceful website.
