SBANT is a non-profit organization serving individuals with Spina Bifida across North TX & beyond. More than 250,000 Americans live with Spina Bifida every day.

Spina Bifida is the most common permanently disabling birth defect in the United States. It occurs when the spinal cord fails to close during the first months of pregnancy. Spina Bifida causes abnormalities of the brain and spine resulting in life-long disability.

Our SBANT Adults will be celebrating World Spina Bifida Day at the SBANT office on October 25th. If you are an adult with SB or a parent of an adult with SB, we are encouraging our adults to join us for a fun afternoon of ice cream, crafts and simply socializing with each other. Please RSVP to Megan so we have enough supplies and bring some shoes for our Shoe Drive with you. Thank you!
